Concerning Carol Anderson's comment, I am surprised that NJ is so restrictive. A would never trespass on someones property but I can pull to the side of the road if there is room to paint a ranch house, the pasture land and cattle and of course I can paint in the parks. The plein air groups in NJ may be able to help you with any restrictions, defining them and helping overcome issues concerning where to paint and your rights; never underestimate the power of people when they come together as a well organized group. I usually always paint out with one other person for protection, usually my husband comes with me; how do you feel about painting out alone Kathleen?
